What's Thought Pattern?
A coaching and training studio for makers, thinkers and creative teams

Why we need this
It can burn people out
It's neurodiverse here
We face unique challenges when building authentic careers and lives. We mask, hyper-focus, overcommit, and fight for justice at work and in the world. Unsurprisingly, we're likely to burn out and try to recover, often on our own.
Creativity and neurodivergence like to coexist. The work attracts us for different reasons, and an estimated 20-50% of people working in the creative industries are neurodivergent.
Not much is tailored
The strategies, advice and expectations of what 'good' should be are pretty generic. The support, especially when it comes to leadership, is often just more masking advice.
The creative and tech sector brings together people from many walks of life. Some of us love the energy and the people, others love the problem-solving and the craft
Most of the time, it's great fun. But a few things can use more attention:

Meet the founder
I'm Micha, and like all people, I'm more than one thing:
That's me, hi! 👋 I don't like third-person bios

I spent 15 years working in the Creative and Tech industry, public and private sectors, locally and internationally. My people-watching skills sharpened. I noticed the dynamics, conflicts and alliances, as well as the individual brilliance, dedication and blind spots.
Thought Pattern is here to see and reflect you back to you - your internal climate or your team's interpersonal eco-systems. I'm curious to meet you and find something interesting together.

Approach
Neuro-affirmative
Tapping into both lived and professional experience of neurodiversity, we support people with different profiles. Including, but not limited to: ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, OCD, HSP & CPTSD
LGBTQ+ friendly
Decolonial & anti-racist
Anti-ableist
All identities, expressions, and relationship structures are welcome. We understand chosen family, transition journeys, and queer resilience. Your true self is the foundation of our work together
Neurodivergent minds, chronic illness experiences, and disability wisdom are celebrated here. Rest, accommodation, and diverse ways of thinking are strengths, not deficits
We question some of the dominant Western value systems and centre relevant Indigenous knowledge and resilience strategies. Your cultural context guides our work, not imposed frameworks or "universal" solutions
We're invested in learning and growing with new knowledge. Here are some principles that we use when coaching and consulting, knowing that there's always more to learn in each area and beyond.
