Late or self-identified folks are welcome here

Many of us go through our days on 'hard mode' and only learn that's not the default setting later in life.

Diagnosis can be a privilege and should be a choice. Not a requirement for support. Everyone is welcome and valid.

What to expect

Intro call (30 mins)

1

3

Tailored Sessions x 4
(50mins / 80 mins)

A video or audio call where we cover your context and expectations. The purpose of the session is to discover if we are a good fit, and all questions are very welcome.

In the sessions, we'll work on your chosen focus. We'll explore your unique strengths and capacities, as well as the executive function skills that are challenging. This will allow us to develop specific strategies that work for you.

4

Progress check-ins

Every 4 sessions, we take stock of how coaching is going and decide together what's next. Each person is different, and progress won't look the same for everyone. Which is why I don't prescribe a specific number of sessions; we work that out together and only continue until it makes sense.

2

Kick-Off (80 mins)

We start with the lay of the land. Mapping your context from multiple angles. From day one, we bring insight and curiosity to direct us.

Equitable price scale

Sometimes costs aren't as simple as a price tag. We believe self-knowledge and affirmative support are fundamental human rights, and money should not be a barrier to accessing help; our pricing model is built to reflect that reality.

Accessible rate

For people experiencing financial difficulty. This includes people with low or no income, who would not be able to access our service otherwise.

Sustainable rate

For people in employment who are self-funding their coaching. The sustainable rate covers the real cost of providing the service,

Supporter rate

For people who have access to greater financial resources or an employer-provided training budget. Your support helps us offer services to people who would otherwise not be able to afford them.

"From the point of my ADHD diagnosis, Micha helped me have a deeper understanding of how it impacts my day-to-day.

Rather than giving generic strategies that I can easily find on the internet, they listen to me, help me articulate what my core issues are, and together co-create strategies that are personalised to me and my brain.
